Jessica “Hudspeth” Rivers is a professional hair stylist serving Northwest Arkansas, including Fayetteville, Rogers, Springdale, Lowell, and Farmington. With over a decade of advance training experience in the beauty industry, she specializes in personalized clientele color creation formulas, blonding, color correction, vivid color transformations, curly hair, family focused stylist for all ages, and currently enrolled in additional specialized certifications. Known throughout NWA for personalized service and detailed consultations, Jessica is passionate about creating dimensional blondes, seamless highlights, healthy color transformations, and styles designed to complement each client’s lifestyle. CANCELLATION POLICY
✂️ Cancellation & No‑Show Policy✂️ A smooth schedule helps every client receive the time and attention they deserve. This policy ensures fairness, respect, and a great experience for everyone. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance at no charge. Changes made within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a 25% late‑cancellation fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for you. 🚫 No‑Shows Missing an appointment without notice is considered more than one no‑shows, and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 3rd No Show charged 100% of scheduled service. Clients with repeated no‑shows will be required to prepay deposit for future appointments. 💳 Card on File A valid card is required to book certain service, as well as multiple No-show occurrences, and repeated cancellations. It will only be charged in accordance with this policy. 🕒 Late Arrivals If you’re more than 15 minutes late , I may need to adjust your service or reschedule to avoid impacting the next client. Please text/call so salon and I are aware. If the appointment cannot continue, it will be treated as a late cancellation. ❤️ Life Happens I understand that unexpected situations come up. If you experience an emergency or something truly unavoidable, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll always approach these moments with understanding while keeping the schedule fair for all clientele. ❤️This Agreement Policy not only applies to client, as your stylist I respect your time as well, if I fall through with policy expectations, my client will be compensated as well.
